A lead designer approached me with the thought that as popular as Facebook is among millennials and Generation X, many users share the pain points of not only wasting too much time on Facebook, but also consuming content that distracts them from the type of content and activity they’re looking for on Facebook
hash’s value proposition is to enable Facebook users to make their News Feed experience less overwhelming by prioritizing and organizing the content they consume.
I was responsible for the entire design process and content strategy, including the microcopy.
The target audience was defined as Facebook users (primarily millennials and generation X) who find that they spend too much time on Facebook.
